BSA Twin Towers - LOCATION

BSA Twin Towers is located at Julia Vargas corner Bank Drive, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.

Ortigas Center is a central business district that has bloomed and flourished through the years. Its location is so strategic  - being within the joint boundaries of the 3 most progressive cities in the country – Quezon City, Pasig and Mandaluyong.  Actually, it is the probably second or third to Makati or BGC as the  metro’s most significant business area. We all know that Ortigas Center is the “to-go” place for almost everything – from premium shopping centers to good, reputable hotels, corporate headquarters of   big local and international companies,  international financial institutions,  banks,  a number of good schools and wonderful dining destinations

Ortigas Center is surrounded as follows: Shaw Boulevard to the south, Ortigas Avenue to the north, EDSA to the west and MERALCO Avenue to the east.

Since education is a priority, there are a a number of good schools in the area like University of Asia and the Pacific is within the vicinity as well as the Saint Pedro POVEDA College and La Salle Greenhills at the other side but still nearby. Other schools nearby are: Greenhills Christian Fellowship School, St. Augustine School of Nursing and Lourdes School of Mandaluyong. 

A hospital is nearby, the popular Medical City, which is only one of the three hospitals that has been accredited by the Joint Commission on International Accreditation. There is also a Friendly Care Clinic, in case of emergency situations. 
If you need to find solace and pray, there are also churches nearby like the St. Francis of Assisi Church or Christ the King Church at Greenmeadows, Q.C. 

This condominium is near some good restaurants like: Gloria Maris Restaurant, Café 1771, Pancake House and Mang Inasal. You can opt to dine in any of these places if you feel like it and it will be so convenient. 

For some retail therapy, there are a lot of shopping centers here like The Podium, SM Megamall, SM Department Store, SM Supermarket, Puregold Supermarket, Ayala Malls the 30th, Robinsons Galleria and  Shangri-La-Plaza. Or you can go to nearby Tiendesitas for bazaar-type items and food fare which you cannot find in supermarkets or malls. 

Ortigas is also not lacking in 5-star hotels just like in Makati:  there’s Marco Polo Ortigas, EDSA Shangri-la Hotel and Oakwood Premier. Other hotels are Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Holiday Inn Manila Galleria, The LINDEN Suites and The Discovery Suites. 

Or of you want a choice of any fitness gym – the nearby METROWALK is home to many fitness gyms. You can choose which of these would you want to enroll in. Just to mention also that during weekends and holidays, some parts of Ortigas center is also closed to traffic so you can enjoy walking, jogging or running. 

This part of the metro is also being served by 2 MRT stations – Shaw and Ortigas and is caught up among major thoroughfares like EDSA and C-5  so accessibility is never a problem. 

So there – it’s all about Ortigas Center who many think is 100% part of Pasig City. Actually, it is an area shared by 3 cities, as it sits on the borders of Quezon City, Mandaluyong City and Pasig City.
